Fix search indexing and restore safely

When search misses a version

1. Search the filename or an exact word from its description.
2. Clear filters and try again.
3. If AI is pending, use keyword search while embeddings finish.
4. After changing embedding provider or model, allow existing descriptions to re-index.

Restore with a recovery path

1. Open the correct asset and preview the target version.
2. Use Save a copy if you only need an older file beside the current one.
3. Close the creative application before restoring to avoid competing saves.
4. Restore, reopen the file, and confirm the result.

Chronicle records restoration in the timeline so later history is not silently erased.
